Appointments and Cancellations.

Please No Walk-ins. By appointment only. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time. Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their appointment schedule will not be accommodated.

A $30 dollar deposit is required to secure your appointment. I you need to reschedule, please do so within the same month to transfer your deposit to the new date. Deposit are non-refundable on same day cancelation and No-shows

No-shows may require %50 deposit to schedule future appointments.

Covid or Feeling under the weather.

Do not schedule appointment if you are feeling sick with Flu-like symptoms, Fever, or if you have been in contact with someone showing these symptoms. If you get sick after the scheduling your appointment, please notify us and we can accommodate a later date. Esperanza Esthetics allows you to cancel service up to 24 hours before the start time.

Gift Cards.

E-Gift Cards are redeemable at Esperanza Esthetics for goods and services. Treat the card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. The balance will not expire and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash value.

Refunds: All service sales, retail items, and gift cards sales are final

Under 18 Years Old.

Under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be able to get any service done. Parent or legal guardian must sign consent form for the services, and must stay in the room while the minor is getting their services done.

Scope or Practice.

In Florida, the law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.
